Terms of Service
Effective date: July 17, 2026
App: Polite Exit: Fake Call · Developer: Braitoli
1. Acceptance of these terms
By installing or using Polite Exit: Fake Call (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License
Braitoli grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play terms.
3. Acceptable use
The App simulates an incoming call on your own device only: it never places real calls, never transmits caller-ID information over any network, and has no internet access. It is provided as an entertainment and convenience tool. You agree not to use the App:
- to defraud, deceive for gain, harass or harm any person;
- to impersonate the police, government agencies, emergency services or any real organization or person;
- in any way that violates applicable law.
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any consequences of that use.
4. "As is" — no warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Braitoli does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a scheduled simulated call will always ring at the exact scheduled time on every device (manufacturer battery optimizations may interfere).
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Braitoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design, themes, bundled sounds and other content, is owned by Braitoli and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to the Braitoli name or trademarks. Content you create in the App (recordings, presets, themes) remains yours and stays on your device.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these terms or the App shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
