Artoli 3D by Braitoli is built upon a strict privacy-by-design foundation. We believe that your creative journey belongs to you alone. The app operates locally on your device, does NOT collect, sell, or harvest your personal information, does NOT track you across other apps or websites, and contains NO third-party advertising networks.

1. Apple App Store Privacy Nutrition Label: Data Not Collected

In accordance with Apple's App Store privacy transparency requirements and our official Apple Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy):

• Data Used to Track You: None — We do not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies.
• Data Linked to You: None — No personal identities are linked to your app activity.
• Data Collected: Data Not Collected — The application does not transmit your personal data to remote advertising or analytic brokers.

2. Device Permissions and How They Are Used

Artoli 3D requests minimal system permissions, and only when you explicitly invoke a feature:

• Photo Library (Save Images - NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription): Requested solely when you tap the “Save to Photos” or “Share” button to export a snapshot of your completed 3D artwork to your camera roll. The app only writes your exported image and never scans, reads, or accesses your private photos.
• Files & Document Picker: Accessed only when you choose to import your own custom 3D model files (.glb, .gltf) from your local device storage or iCloud Drive. Imported files remain stored strictly within the app's local sandbox.
• Haptic Engine & Audio: Used locally on device to provide realistic tactile feedback and sound effects during brush strokes and color filling. No audio is recorded.

3. Children’s Privacy & Family Safety (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliant)

Artoli 3D is designed to be a wholesome, safe creative studio for artists of all ages, including children and families:

• We strictly respect principles outlined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• We do not collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions).
• The app does not contain behavioral advertisements, user-to-user private chat, public community forums, or external tracking SDKs.
• If a parent or guardian discovers that any personal information was inadvertently submitted to us, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

4. In-App Purchases and Payment Processing

Artoli 3D offers optional in-app purchases (such as consumable Star packs and the lifetime “Unlock All” non-consumable access):

• All purchases are conducted directly through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2).
• Braitoli does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking credentials. Apple handles all billing under your Apple ID.
• Your purchase entitlements and unlocked statues are verified through cryptographically signed Apple App Store receipts (JWS) and securely mirrored on your local device.

5. Local Storage and Data Retention

All your creative progress—including paint strokes, selected colors, unlocked statue milestones, and camera configurations—is stored locally in your device's isolated application storage (UserDefaults, IndexedDB, or iOS App Sandbox). You maintain complete control over your data: you can reset individual artworks or clear all app data at any time through the in-app Settings menu or by uninstalling the application.

6. Security and Privacy Manifest Compliance

We implement industry-standard cryptographic protections to safeguard local data integrity. As documented in our PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest:

• No third-party tracking domains are contacted (NSPrivacyTrackingDomains: []).
• System API accesses (such as UserDefaults and file timestamps) are strictly restricted to legitimate app functionality reasons (CA92.1, 0A2A.1, 35F9.1) and are never used for fingerprinting.
